Logixs Journals is committed to ensuring fair and transparent transactions across all services. This policy outlines the conditions under which refunds for Article Processing Charges (APCs), Manuscript Submission Fees (MSFs), and other services, such as print subscriptions, will be considered.

Manuscript Submission Fees (MSFs):

• MSFs are non-refundable.
• This fee covers administrative costs associated with processing submissions, and once the manuscript is submitted, the fee cannot be refunded.

Article Processing Charges (APCs):

• Refunds for APCs will only be granted if the article is withdrawn by the author(s) before it has been sent for peer review.
• No refunds will be issued once the peer review process has begun, irrespective of the outcome.
• In cases of administrative errors or technical issues on our part, a full refund may be issued, provided that the issue is reported within 30 days of payment.

Print Subscriptions and Other Services:

• Print subscriptions are non-refundable once the order is placed.
• For other services, such as journal advertising or additional publication-related services, refund requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis depending on the specific service and its stage of completion.

Exceptional Circumstances:

• Refund requests based on exceptional circumstances will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Authors or subscribers must submit a detailed explanation, which will be reviewed by the Editor-in-Chief, Managing Editor, and a representative of Logixs Journals. The decision made by the nominated team will be final and binding.
