License & Copyright

Copyright

Authors retain copyright in all articles they publish in the Journal of Basic & Clinical Medical Sciences (JBCMS). On acceptance, authors grant Logixs Journals (Pvt) Ltd a non-exclusive license to publish the article, to distribute, archive, and deposit it with indexing, abstracting, and preservation services, and to identify itself as the original publisher. This license is granted through the License Agreement signed by the corresponding author on behalf of all authors.

License

All articles, including supplementary material and video abstracts, are published open access under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. Under this license, anyone is free to:

  • Share: copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format, for any purpose, including commercially.
  • Adapt: remix, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercially.

These freedoms are subject to the following terms:

  • Attribution: appropriate credit must be given, with a link to the license and an indication of any changes made, in a manner that does not suggest the authors or the journal endorse the user or the use.
  • No additional restrictions: no legal terms or technological measures may be applied that restrict others from doing anything the license permits.

Authors' Rights

Authors retain the right to reuse their published work in any way, including in theses, books, teaching materials, and repositories, without seeking permission from the journal, provided the original publication in JBCMS is cited.
